With John at the helm of Business Development and Marketing, OLS has experienced unprecedented growth over the last couple of years and the future looks bright for OLS. His experience in sales, marketing and project management, combined with his relationship building abilities, has been instrumental in taking OLS to the next level within the Call Centre industry in Canada . Through John's leadership and expertise, OLS has expanded into new industry verticals as well as new service offerings for our clients, offering them greater end-to-end customer solutions for their clients in both customer care and technical support. John has overall responsibility for business development, client management and corporate branding within OLS.
Prior to joining OLS in 2003 John gained over 20 years of executive sales and management experience within established and start-up organizations in the IT industry. John held management positions with XML Global, Whitehill Technologies and Xerox prior to joining OLS and he has been consistently recognized for superior sales achievement at all levels.
As OLS continues to grow John and his team continue their efforts in generating new partnership opportunities and the cultivation of strategic business relationships within North America that will see OLS continue gaining market share in a growing industry.
John grew up in Fredericton , NB and now resides in Halifax with his wife Mary and his two daughters, Jessica and Stephanie. When not traveling, or spending time with his family, John loves to play golf.
