When you step inside any OLS centre you will instantly feel the excitement of working with a fun team of professionals. We ensure that every staff member has their own headset, access to state-of-the-art technology, and comfortable workstations. We also offer bright lunchrooms, activity areas, and ample parking. The dress code ranges from relaxed casual to business smart and leaves room for your comfort and personal style.

Each site manages its own employee fund, which drives team and charity activities in which employees choose to participate. From barbecues, picnics, pool nights, parade entries, or donations to local causes – the employee fund puts our money where our hearts are.

In addition to our Health and Safety Committees, we also have active Better Relations Committees on site, which look at ways to incorporate fun into our workday. From special event days to themed competitions and team building activities – the BRC is comprised of all levels of staff members who want to use their creativity. The BRC is also a forum for staff to share their ideas with our management team.
