OLS has several centers that are dedicated for specific clients which enables us to "Brand" these sites. Aside from standard signage OLS has uses various methods to generate the necessary Branding for you such as:

• Depending on the size of the program, posters and reports are posted around our centres for all our employee's to see
• OLS posts your Mission Statements on Banners in our centres and incorporates it as part of our training process
• Employees wear corporate clothing provide by you in addition to potentially having your marketing paraphernalia on their desks such as mouse pads, cups, etc.
• OLS utilizes your promotional material from various campaigns
• Focus groups and or Town Hall meetings are held by you with our employees to help everyone feel that they are part of the your team
• Employee suggestion boxes are located on-line so our employees can make suggestions to you on what is working and areas for development. Rewards/recognition incentives are used to promote their participation
