OLS provides basic life insurance and disability coverage at minimal cost to employees. As well, we offer health and dental coverage, which we cost share with the employee.
In addition, to providing payment for several statutory holidays, we also offer paid sick days (varies per site based on legislation). Vacation entitlement starts at two weeks and can go up to five weeks based on years of service.
We also manage a Canada Savings Bond program through our payroll department to help you invest in your future.
