Message from the President

OLS is a different kind of company! Over the last eight years in providing outsourced call centre services to our partners we have heard this feedback over and over again. What makes us different? Well, it's not one single thing but a lot of little subtle things that has enabled a privately held, Canadian company like ours to grow. Today we are partnered with a number of North American organizations whose names read like a "Who's Who" in Telecommunications; Technology; Financial Services and Insurance industry.

First and foremost, when you meet us the first thing that you will notice is the dedication, knowledge and sincerity of our management team. As you spend more time with us you quickly realize that the same traits you witnessed within our management team is equally evident in the frontline People that interface on a daily basis with your customers - our Customer Service Representatives. As we like to say at OLS, any company can invest in technology and implement all the procedures you want but, at the end of the day if you don't have the right People in place then all of the technology and processes in the world won't make a bit of difference. At OLS we have the right People and that's why our motto of "Customer Service with a Difference" is truly unique to OLS.

Also, our growth strategy is different. In contrast to many other outsourced call centres, we do not traditionally expand in metropolitan centres. Instead we focus on smaller communities where we recruit hard working, friendly, loyal and conscientious employees that show up for work everyday and provide a friendly and knowledgeable voice at the end of the phone for your customers.

In addition, our management infrastructure is designed to create involvement by all within our various programs. Our partners know that we are there if needed to address any issues and it also provides our People with the ability to react quickly when needed in managing the day to day operations of our various programs.

Obviously there is a lot more to our success then just these few items but hopefully this gives you an insight into our culture and philosophy. Let's face it - Customer Service is not rocket science - its People helping People and that is what OLS does best!
